Who are we and what are we looking for?

Manege Oostmoer is a broadly oriented, modern family business. The Kieviet family started this riding school at the current location in 1978 and developed the company further year after year and had it developed to what is now. A riding company with guest house, events and hospitality, with a stable complex of 100 stables, 650 class customers and PLM every week. 1,200 visitors.

We are currently working with an energetic team of instructors on/at our riding company; To strengthen this team, we are looking for a motivated riding school instructor.

At Manege Oostmoer it is alternating as an instructor, but with a fixed basis. For example, you can have riders in the road with levels from the whole sport, for example a 6 -year -old child who comes to practice the sport for the first time, an adult who comes back in a re -riding again, or a performance -oriented boarding customer who wants to continue in dressage. All this is possible in both groups and in the form of private lessons.

Are you already instructor diplomas in their pocket, but little work experience? This is no problem for us, we will teach you the tricks of this beautiful profession internally.

You ultimately get fixed working days/times and therefore also your regular lesson customers. In busy periods or if one of your colleagues is on vacation, you may have to take over some other lessons.

On Sunday we are normally closed, with the exception of a number of events. Availability on Saturdays is an advantage.

This function is available for at least 20 hours and possibly up to and including a 38-hour working week, employed. There is also a pension scheme for our employees.
