Marketing Intern at Horse and Work

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a Marketing Intern you play an important role in our online and offline marketing activities. You will be given a versatile range of tasks where you can use your creative ideas and gain practical experience:

Social Media management

1. You manage our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok) and think about strategies to improve our target group better.

Content Creation

1. You devise and create attractive posts, videos and other visuals that strengthen our brand.

Include visuals

1. Helps you plan and record photos and videos, for example on location or during events.

Create presentations

1. You support the development of presentations for HR guest lectures and other workshops.

Website optimization

1. You contribute to improving our website, both in terms of content and user-friendliness.

Data analysis

1. You analyze our website performance (for example via Google Analytics) and make recommendations for improvements.

ABOUT YOU

1. You are pursuing a higher professional education in the field of marketing , communications, media or a similar study.
2. You are creative: You enjoy suggesting ideas and working with them.
3. You are proactive: You see work lying around and pick it up without anyone having to ask you.
4. You can work independently, explain once and you know what to do! You are able to make your own schedule and stick to it.
5. You have experience with social media platforms and tools such as Canva or similar.
6. You have basic knowledge of website management and analytical tools (e.g. Google Analytics) is a plus.
7. You have good communication skills in Dutch and English (as an advantage).

Internship period and location

The start date of the internship is in consultation, for a minimum of 2 days per week and a minimum duration of 4 months. You work from our location and partly from home.
