Are you creative, independent and do you have a passion for friendly training of horses? Do you want to learn how to build an online brand and organize events? Then this internship at the Mendale’s method is exactly what you are looking for.

About the Mendale’s method

The Mendale’s method is a horse -friendly training method that works with biomechanics, structure and trust. We guide riders and coaches – on horseback and from the ground – with personal attention and a clear, practical approach.

From September we are launching a new online coaching course. This hybrid course (online + live clinics) offers deepening to a new generation of Mendale’s coaches. You can play an important role in the organization of this!

What are you going to do?

As a trainee you help with strengthening our community and in the organization of our activities. Think of:

1. Setting up and implementing an online strategy (Instagram, Newsletter, Website)
2. Content creation: photography, video, writing of social posts and blogs (yourself or under the guidance of a professional horse videograph)
3. Management of our social media channels
4. Helping with the organization of training, clinics and introductory days
5. Support with the start of our online coaching education: Supervising registrations, participation in contact, online coordination, helping to organize live sessions

Who are we looking for?

1. You are following a HBO course in the field of communication, media, event management or animal & welfare
2. You work independently, like structure and know how to tackle
3. You are interested in horse -friendly training (experience is beautiful, but not mandatory)
4. You are creative with text and/or image, or willing to grow in it
5. You enjoy thinking about communication and liking to organize things
