Educational Knowledge & Education (32-38 hours)

The Royal Dutch Equestrian Sports Federation (KNHS) is one of the largest and most sportingly successful sports associations in the Netherlands. The KNHS represents the interests of the affiliated sports providers and its members, so that they can practice equestrian sports as best as possible. The organization not only focuses on competitive sports, but also on recreational equestrian sports. The welfare of horses plays an important role in the policy of the KNHS, which serves as an example. Due to the nature of equestrian sports, the KNHS maintains relationships with entrepreneurs and breeding companies in the horse sector. The KNHS is located at the National Equestrian Center in Ermelo and currently employs 75 (FTE) employees and is a dynamic organization.
