Agradi is, from the head office in Den Bosch and with a team of more than 175 enthusiastic colleagues, currently active in 7 European countries and offers everything for Paard, Ruiter, Stal and Firm.

We are currently looking for an e-mail marketer / online marketer to come and strengthen our marketing team.

Job description:

WhenE-mail / online marketerAre you the driving force behind our e-mail marketing, among other things. You are responsible for devising, building and optimizing e-mail campaigns and flows in Klaviyo. You effortlessly switch between strategy, implementation and analysis.

You are also involved in the loyalty program and ensure that promotions are visible in SEA campaigns.

With your efforts we strengthen our online presence, we stimulate sales and ensure returning customers via e-mail and the webshop.

 

Your duties and responsibilities:

  1. You develop, test and implement effective e-mail campaigns and flows in Klaviyo that increase customer involvement and stimulate sales.
  2. Preparation of A/B tests (underwill rules, CTAs, Design vs. Plain text, shipping times)
  3. Segmenting and personalizing on the basis of behavior, purchasing history and engagement
  4. You analyze and evaluate the performance of e-mail campaigns and adjust strategies based on the insights obtained.
  5. You ensure that promotions are highlighted in the ADCOPY and extensions in Google Ads. Optimisations of the campaigns are also part of your work. You work closely with our marketing manager and the online marketing agency.
  6. You work on the optimisations and strategy of the Agradi loyalty program.
  7. You think along about optimizing the user experience and you see opportunities to improve the conversion.
  8. You work with tools such as Klaviyo, G Suite, Google Analytics and Google Ads.
  9. You work closely with other team members and external partners.

 

Who are you?

  1. You effortlessly switch between strategy, implementation and analysis.
  2. You have experience with e-mail marketing and you are able to manage and set up templates, campaigns and flows independently. It is an advantage if you have experience with Klaviyo or an equal e-mail tool.
  3. You have basic knowledge of Google Ads or are open to learn this.
  4. You are strong in writing convincing texts. This is essential for creating effective marketing content, drawing up e-mails and maintaining communication with both internal teams and external partners.
  5. You are able to work on a project basis and independently.
  6. It is an advantage if you have knowledge of the equestrian sector, but this is certainly not a must.
  7. You master the Dutch and English language in word and writing.
  8. You have HBO work and thinking level with at least 2 years of work experience in a similar marketing function in a (medium) large organization, or you are in possession of a completed HBO training towards marketing, communication or e-commerce.
  9. You live within a radius of 60 kilometers (requirement).
  10. You are preferably available full -time.
