All-round instructor riding company

De Rotterdamsche Manège/Society based in theRotterdamsche Manège “The Jockey Club”is a pleasant association and a special riding company for youth and seniors. In addition, it offers a guest house for both recreation and competition riders and a unique place in the beautiful Kralingse Bos in the heart of Rotterdam.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated instructor with an Orun 3 diploma (or higher) to strengthen our team! Are you passionate about horse riding, do you have experience in giving lessons and do you want to contribute to the development of riders of all levels? Then we are looking for you!

** What are you going to do? **

1. Giving dressage and jumping lessons to both starting and advanced riders, from children to adults.
2. Taking care of group and private lessons, adapted to the level of the rider.
3. Contributing to a safe, educational and pleasant environment for our riders and horses.
4. Together with your colleagues you are responsible for guaranteeing the quality of the lessons and the well -being of the horses

** What do we ask? **

1. You have a completed Orun Instructor Training Level 3 or 4
2. Experience in giving riding lessons and dealing with various target groups.
3. An enthusiastic, patient and customer -oriented attitude.
4. Good communication skills and a team player.
5. Affinity with working with children and adults.
6. Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends.
7. Knowledge of horse care and welfare.
