Who we are

We are building a high-end training and trading stable that also serves as a showroom, as well as a distribution center for luxury horse stables and stable equipment for the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

The knowledge is already in-house: a very experienced woman from the horse sector focuses on the horses, customers and relationships, and an experienced entrepreneur on strategy and business decisions. What we miss is the person who ensures that everything that is planned actually happens.

The function

You become the spider in the web between the entrepreneur, the stable, suppliers and builders. You take care of:

1. planning and organization around the stable, showroom and distribution center;
2. monitoring agreements, deadlines and action points;
3. coordination with suppliers and implementing parties;
4. orders, deliveries and stock;
5. administrative and practical structure;
6. identifying problems before they become major and ensuring that the right person takes action.

Who you are

No horse expert is needed, we already have that knowledge. You are a down-to-earth, practical controller: you organize excellently, work accurately and independently, communicate clearly, support people where necessary and can handle Excel well. Someone who thinks at the end of the day:“What needs to be done, who will do it and when will it be done?”and then arranges it.

Experience as an operational manager, manager, project coordinator or similar is more interesting to us than horse experience (which is an advantage, not a requirement).

Practical

1. Approximately 2 days a week, possibly temporarily more during the start-up phase
2. Rotterdam / Hellevoetsluis region
3. A small, driven team and plenty of room to help shape the organization
