About Cavalor
Cavalor is an international brand in equine nutrition and care, driven by a single ambition: helping horses perform healthily and feel their best. For over 35 years, we have combined science, practical experience, and deep knowledge of horses. Today, Cavalor is present in more than 50 countries, and we collaborate with nutritionists, scientists, veterinarians, and riders.
A strong brand isn’t built on good products alone; it is built on knowledge, trust, and stories that matter. And that’s where you come in.
About the role
As a Content & Campaign Marketer, you ensure that our campaigns and stories reach the right target audience. You translate our marketing calendar into compelling content, develop formats and activations, and ensure plans are actually executed. You consider not just *what* we communicate, but also the *why*, the *who*, and *how* our content is discovered—spanning everything from social media to SEO, GEO, and AI platforms.
You will work primarily for Cavalor. Additionally, you will dedicate about 20% of your time to European Horse Services (EHS), a company specializing in international horse transport. These are two distinct companies within the equestrian world, offering a wealth of knowledge, stories, and content opportunities.
You will have plenty of room for initiative. We aren’t looking for someone who waits for the next brief, but rather someone who spots opportunities, proposes ideas, and brings them to life. You will report to the Brand & Customer Experience Manager and work closely with our designer/content creator, product managers, and other colleagues across marketing and sales.
What you’ll be doing
Who are you?
You have 3 to 4 years of experience in content, campaign, or digital marketing and know how to take an idea through to strong execution. You combine creativity with structure and a sense of ownership. You write well, understand social media, can create a strong creative brief or script, and use data to improve your work.
And importantly: you know the equestrian world inside out. You understand the world, the language, and the people, and you have a feel for what is relevant to riders, horse owners, and professionals.
You have an excellent command of Dutch and English. French is a plus.
Why work at Cavalor?
If you know the equestrian world, you likely know Cavalor. You’ll have the chance to help build an international brand that operates across the spectrum—from ambitious amateurs to the very highest levels of the sport. There is no shortage of stories to tell: from product innovations and scientific research to international campaigns, major events, and remarkable riders. It’s up to you to spot the opportunities and turn them into compelling content.
You’ll have the freedom to take real ownership of your work. We value people who show initiative, bring ideas to the table, and turn them into action. You’ll be working with a team that knows the equestrian world and combines expertise in nutrition, science, sport, marketing, and design. We also look to the future: we actively experiment with AI and new ways of working to make our marketing smarter, faster, and better.
