Who are we looking for?
We are looking for enthusiastic go-getters who enjoy working with animals and are not afraid to roll up their sleeves.
Horses eat, drink and fatten all day long; stable work and cleaning are therefore explicitly part of the profession. You are motivated to learn the animal care profession in practice and enjoy being active. You can work well together, are reliable and keep agreements.
We expect you to handle animals with care and to be open to instructions and new activities. We consider a good working attitude and commitment to be more important than having a lot of experience with horses. Enthusiasm, responsibility and willingness to work hard are the most important qualities for us.
What do we offer?
You learn the animal care profession completely in practice, at a modern and newly opened riding school. Riding school LongEar has 2 indoor courts and 2 outdoor courts and therefore offers a versatile working environment. You work with horses every day and have the opportunity to gain a lot of practical experience with care, stable work and animal welfare. If you are interested, you can also gain experience with our donkeys and mules. You work together with experienced employees who teach you the trade in practice. We offer a varied learning environment where you can do a lot, learn to take responsibility and develop into a good animal caretaker.
