Working at the KNHS

The Royal Dutch Equestrian Sports Federation (KNHS) is one of the largest and most successful sports associations in the Netherlands. We represent the interests of our members and affiliated sports providers, so that they can practice equestrian sports optimally. Our mission is clear: to let as many people as possible in the Netherlands enjoy horse riding.

Approximately 90 employees from the National Equestrian Center in Ermelo work every day on the development of equestrian sports. The KNHS is in a phase of further professionalization and strategic development. Reliable financial administration forms an important basis.

We are looking for a temporary colleague to join our team for our Financial Administration department. The position is available immediately.

What are you going to do?

Together with your colleagues, you ensure correct, complete and up-to-date financial administration. You support the daily financial processes and make an important contribution to a reliable financial basis for the organization.

Your duties include:

1. Processing incoming and outgoing invoices;
2. Checking, registering and processing financial data;
3. Managing the accounts payable and accounts receivable administration;
4. Preparing payments;
5. Supporting various administrative and financial processes;
6. Independently carrying out various smaller administrations;
7. Support with work related to the annual accounts.

Who are you?

You are an independent and precise professional who keeps an overview and likes to organize things well. You enjoy working together, take responsibility for your work and have an eye for detail.

In addition, you have:

1. MBO+ or HBO working and thinking level, preferably in a financial field;
2. Experience with financial-administrative work or the motivation to further learn this profession;
3. Good knowledge of Excel and digital systems;
4. A structured and accurate working method;
5. A proactive, service-oriented attitude.

Other information
