Stable Manager/ Equine Care Specialist (f/m/d)

We are seeking an experienced and reliable professional to independently manage the operations of a well-maintained private riding stable with approximately 25 horses.

We offer a secure, long-term position in a beautiful rural setting—without the pressure of competition schedules or intensive daily riding activities. The focus is on the professional organisation and smooth running of stable operations.

Position:

• Equine Care Specialist (Horse Care and Management)

• Master Equine Care Specialist (Horse Care and Management)

Your responsibilities:

• Overall management of the riding stable with approximately 30 horses

• Organisation and supervision of daily horse care (feeding, mucking out, turnout, horse walker, grooming and tacking up, basic medical care if required)

• Purchasing and stock management of feed, bedding, and supplies

• Staff planning and supervision (3 full-time employees plus part-time staff)

Your profile:

• Several years of experience managing a horse facility

• Ability to work independently in a structured and responsible manner

• Clear focus on horse care rather than competitive riding

• Fluent in German (or English)
