Online Marketing Specialist

Mustad Hoofcare is looking for an enthusiastic and creative Online Marketing Specialist EMEA for our office in Lelystad. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for implementing marketing initiatives across all digital channels, from e-commerce and websites to social media, CRM and digital advertising. You ensure that all activities are aligned with both regional and global marketing strategies, boosting brand visibility, engaging customers, and driving business growth.

You report to the Marketing Manager EMEA.

Key Areas of responsibility

  1. Creating and implementing digital marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand visibility, driving traffic, generating sales, and improving retention for both B2B and B2C customers in assigned region.​
  2. Assist in planning marketing campaigns that compliance with brand guidelines. ​
  3. Support promotions, and e-commerce activities online. ​
  4. Manage websites and e-commerce platform for assigned region, including content, and user experience (UX) and SEO optimization.​
  5. Run paid advertising campaigns.​
  6. Engage with followers and build relationships with customers/ industry influencers. ​
  7. Coordinate with external agencies.​
  8. Lead & conduct market research, analyze customer insights, and monitor competitor activities to identify opportunities. ​
  9. Responsible of the local adaptation from global material and distribution of regional marketing content (digital, social media, CRM, newsletters, advertising).​
  10. Grow marketing databases (CRM, customer lists) and ensure data accuracy for campaigns. Ensure leads from events, fairs, clinics are submitted to the CRM system in the region ​
  11. Monitor marketing budgets and expenses, ensuring alignment with regional marketing manager, finance and compliance requirements.​
  12. Create and manage digital content.​
  13. Provide regular reporting on campaign performance, digital engagement, and other KPIs. Analyse web traffic, conversions, and customer behaviour (using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, Hootsuite etc.) and report on key performance metrics for all digital marketing activities. ​
  14. Ensure compliance with IT.

Requirements

  1. Min 5 years of experience in marketing roles (assistant, analyst, or coordinator) within multinational or industrial/consumer goods companies. ​
  2. Experience in digital marketing, and SoMe advertising ​
  3. Experience with SEO, SEM and ability to analyse results, using e.g. Google Analytics and Hotjar.​
  4. International experience required.​
  5. Experience with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms.​
  6. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field. ​
  7. Additional training in Digital Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Communication desirable. ​
  8. English proficiency and fluent in Dutch and one other European language (FR/GE/SP)

Offer

  1. Salary range: €3.800,- – €4.500,- a month, depending on your knowledge, skills and experience
  2. Travel allowance: €0,23 per km (min. 10 km – max. 75 km one-way)
  3. Fitness / Sports reimbursement €200,- net per year
  4. Bike reimbursement: €300,- net (once every 3 years)
  5. Leave: 27 vacation days + 13 ADV days (Metalektro CLA)

Our Supply Chain, Warehouse and Sales Organization operate from our building in Lelystad. From there we provide Excellent customer service for our customers within EMEA and we export products to our colleagues all over the world.
